Business Owner - Simple Screens to Set Hours

What Days are you Open?

Any days that you'd like to provide 'slots' for a customer to be able to choose, you'll click a box on a screen like the one below.

What Hours are you Open?

Set up 2 different schedules, allowing hours to be different on differnt days

Additionally, if you'd like to allow 'early hours' for immunosuppressed customers, this is where you can set this up. You'll also notice a 'timeslots'. If you feel you can safely handle six customers per hour, you would set the time slots per hour to '6'.

On the generated schedule that guests can choose from, they'll see the open times separated by ten minutes. For the immunosuppressed hours, you should probably supply more time per customer. The immunosuppressed hours need to be at the start of the day. Any scheduled time should be before your normal business hours.

Matching a Schedule to Each Day You're Open

In the example below, Saturday will use the second schedule you created. This just allows for 2 different set of hours, based on the day of the week.

That's It.

Now just let your customers know they can go to EntryOrder.com and sign up for a time to visit.

Each morning, just open up Your Dashboard

You will see each of the appointments scheduled for the day. Only you can see the customers name and information. When a customer arrives outside, they will click on a button on their 'dashboard'. You just click the 'Tell to Come in' button, and the customer will know it's time for them to come to the door. No texting!
